4) What kind of information or data is needed to use the Ethics Line?

5) How long will it take to resolve a report that has already been submitted?

EthicsGlobal sends the information to the corresponding Committee within a maximum framework of 48 hours after the report has been submitted.Clase Azul will determine the investigation and resolution times for submitted reports.


6) When should I use the Ethics Line?

When you become aware of, are informed about, or are involved in a situation that threatens any ethical behavior. Additionally, when you have concerns or a compliance problem that you prefer to be handled by a third party rather than directly with your supervisor or another person at work.

The decision to use the Ethics Line is entirely voluntary.
